Bike Rack Hire

Twin Coast Cycle Transport are pleased to offer an eight seat Toyota Estima and a six-bike rack in combination.
Perfect for group rides and big families wanting to enjoy cycling New Zealand’s many trails but who do not have the right type of rack. Constructed of heavy-duty steel, this vertical bike rack carries more bikes in less space. The easy-to-operate tilt mechanism with three adjustable mast angles means loading and unloading your bikes is simple and straightforward.
If you have a 2-inch hitch already fitted to your vehicle, there is an option to hire the rack on its own, however it must be collected from Opua Marina. Please call 0800 891 340 for more details.
Please note the Estima/Bike rack combination is only available from Bay of Islands Airport, Kerikeri and Opua Marina.

The vehicle plus bike rack is available from two locations:
Our Opua base at 2 Baffin Street in Opua Marine. This is the ferry end of Baffin Street, next to JB Marine and opposite the Customs Building. This is also the start of the Twin Coast Cycle Trail.
Our base at Bay of Islands Airport, Kerikeri. Kerikeri has direct daily flights from Auckland and connections through there to the rest of the country. Fly in with your bikes and transport them around Northland.
